Copper
Is denoted by the symbol Cu, reddish-golden color (pink, in the absence of oxide film). A simple substance copper is a ductile transition metal. Copper has high thermal and electric conductivity (second after the electrical conductivity of silver). There is a number of alloys of copper: brass - an alloy of copper with zinc, bronze - an alloy of copper with tin, German silver - an alloy of copper and nickel, and some others.
